Mina is an Enthusiastic person with knowledge of modern business, Entrepreneurship, a team player, and a team leader, always eager for self-improvement, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, creative, talkative, people-oriented, hard worker, and having high communication skills; seeking knowledge in every form and shape whether on personal or professional standards.

With a 10-year background experience in Sales, business development, customer services, and finally 8 years’ experience in the human resources and training field. Mina has come to condense and formulate all of his efforts and knowledge acquired to dedicate it to the field of empowerment and development in the form of training & applied workshops to further enhance the youth who are facing today’s dynamic global race, by participating in employment training with Plan International NGO “Youth Empowerment” and also by Train more than 1500 students in Training for Employment at Egyptian Banking Institute.

Being a Human Resourcing Manager, Soft skills instructor, and YouTuber has given Mina the chance to conduct sessions, workshops & seminars (online and face to face) for over 12500 trainees from different walks of life & business; starting with high school students, university students, juniors, seniors, middle management, and even the top management of some institutions.

The ray of diversity has helped tremendously with further career excavation in the field of human development along with learning & development. As he is looking into starting a master’s degree in human resources to build the link between science and expertise.

Mina graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University. Member of the many training committees and serves in a variety of NGOs and finally, and he currently works as a human resources manager at one of the biggest FMCG companies in Egypt.
